HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS

CONSIDERING the increasing development of GNSS applications in Ukraine, European Community and other areas in the world,

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that persons travelling for the purpose of carrying out a paid activity during their short stay are not covered by this Agreement and therefore for that category the relevant rules of Union law and national law of the Member States and the national law of the UAE on the visa obligation or exemption and on the access to employment continue to apply

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that persons travelling for the purpose of carrying out a paid activity during their short stay are not covered by this Agreement and therefore for that category the relevant rules of Union law and national law of the Member States and the national law of Saint Lucia on the visa obligation or exemption and on the access to employment continue to apply,

Without prejudice to Article 18, Parties are encouraged, subject to national laws and policies and where appropriate, to use any confiscated proceeds of crime deriving from the illicit trade in tobacco, tobacco products and manufacturing equipment to achieve the objectives set out in this Protocol.

Each Party shall provide financial support in respect of its national activities intended to achieve the objective of this Protocol, in accordance with its national plans, priorities and programmes.

Also noting that such future agreements or such subsequent Union internal measures would fall within Protocol No 22 on the position of Denmark annexed to those Treaties,

When taking such measures a port State shall not discriminate in form or in fact against the fishing vessels of any State.

Any Party submitting a list under the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article shall submit to the Secretariat a copy of all domestic laws and regulations applicable to the protection of such species, together with any interpretations which the Party may deem appropriate or the Secretariat may request.

Either Party may give written notice of its intention to denounce this Agreement.

The Parties shall review the effects of the accession of new EU Member States on this Agreement.

As regards any dispute relating to transactions in olive oils, olive pomace oils and table olives, the International Olive Council may make appropriate recommendations to the members concerning the constitution and functioning of an international conciliation and arbitration office to deal with any such disputes.

WHEREAS the Government of the Faroes concludes this Agreement on behalf of the Kingdom of Denmark pursuant to the Act on the Conclusion of Agreements under International Law by the Government of the Faroes.

The financial information which is required to be reported and exchanged should concern not only all relevant income (interests, dividends and similar types of income) but also account balances and sale proceeds from Financial Assets, in order to address situations where a taxpayer seeks to hide capital that in itself represents income or assets with regard to which tax has been evaded.

Therefore, the processing of information under the Agreement resulting from this Amending Protocol is necessary for and proportionate to the purpose of enabling Member States' and the Principality of Monaco's tax administrations to correctly and unequivocally identify the taxpayers concerned, administer and enforce their tax laws in cross border situations, assess the likelihood of tax evasion being perpetrated and avoid unnecessary further investigations,

WHEREAS the Contracting Parties will apply their respective data protection laws and practices to the processing of personal data exchanged in accordance with the Agreement as amended by this Amending Protocol and undertake to notify each other without undue delay in the event of any change in the substance of those laws and practices,

RECOGNIZING the importance of the engagements of all levels of government and various actors, in accordance with respective national legislations of Parties, in addressing climate change,
